Terms of service
Last updated 20 September 2026. By playing PikuBots you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, do not play.
1. The game
PikuBots is a free to play mech arena game for phones, made and run by the developer of PikuBots. You get a personal, non exclusive, non transferable licence to install and play it. You do not own the game, its code, its art or its sounds; nothing here transfers any of that.
2. Who may play
You must be 13 or older to make an account. Under 13 the game plays offline against bots only, with no account and no online features. If the law where you live sets a higher age for agreeing to terms like these, a parent or guardian has to agree for you.
3. Your account
- Keep your password to yourself. What happens on your account is treated as done by you.
- One person per account. Do not sell, rent, share or hand over an account.
- Pick a username and a pilot name that are not abusive, hateful, obscene, or pretending to be somebody else. Names that break this rule can be reset.
- You can delete your account from inside the game or by writing to hello@pikubots.com. Deletion is permanent.
4. Fair play
Do not cheat. That means no modified clients, no automation or bots playing for you, no exploiting a bug instead of reporting it, no interfering with the servers or other players, and no reverse engineering except where the law says you may. Clans, friend lists, the inbox and clan boards are for talking to other players: no harassment, no hate, no spam, no advertising.
An account that breaks these rules can be warned, have its progress corrected, be suspended, or be closed. Serious or repeated cases get no warning.
5. Coins, gems, chests and the season pass
- Coins, gems, chests, items, cosmetics, tiers and pass progress are virtual. They are a licence to use them inside the game. They are not money, they have no value outside the game, and they cannot be cashed out, traded or transferred.
- Chests, the spin and the lucky draw are random. The odds are shown in the game before you spend, and the server rolls them from a seed it records.
- The season pass is sold for one season. Buying it during a season opens every premium tier you have already reached in that season. It does not carry into the next season.
- Balances can be corrected if a bug, a chargeback or a fraudulent purchase paid out something that was not earned.
6. Payments and refunds
Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, which take the payment under their own terms. The game never sees your payment details. Refunds are theirs to give: ask the store you bought from. If a refund goes through, the matching items are removed from the account. Prices can change, and a purchase is delivered as soon as the store confirms it.
7. Online play and availability
Online matches need a connection and a working server. Matches fill empty seats with bots. The game is offered as it is: it can be down for maintenance, features can change, and modes, arenas, weapons and prices can be added, tuned or removed. Leaving a match early counts as a loss and pays no coins, no experience and no mission progress; the pause menu says so before it asks you to confirm.
The game can be shut down. If that day comes there will be notice on this site, and sales will stop before the servers do.
8. User content
Names, clan tags and clan board posts are yours to write and yours to stand behind. By posting them you let the game show them to other players. Anything that breaks section 4 can be removed.
9. No warranty, and the limit of liability
The game is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, liability for any claim connected to the game is limited to what you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim, and there is no liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here takes away consumer rights you have by law.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms can change. The date at the top changes with them and the game says so on the next launch. If you keep playing, the new version applies. If you do not agree with a change, stop playing and delete the account.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [the owner's jurisdiction], and the courts of [the owner's jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction, without taking away any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
